program for Dealer Personnel, called EXCEED. The training program exceeds competitive
industry standards and positions Yokohama as having a leading-edge educational program.
INK launched the site based on the strategy that the experience of educating and
rewarding Dealer Personnel will create brand awareness, even more brand loyalty,
and ultimately increase sales. The new program, promoted via a direct mail promotion,
also created and produced by INK, marks a revolutionary step in the online education
space.
