OC Credit Union
The Orange County's Credit Union website was in need of a makeover. Our job was
simple: bring the customers back in by streamlining the interface, provide fresh
features and back it all up with state-of-the-art information protection. We designed
a consumer-oriented experience, featuring an intuitive navigation system and progressive
account elements to create a better experience for their customers. Our designers
and developers rebuilt the website from the ground up, starting by reconnecting
the Orange County's Credit Union brand goals with the web output to reinforce the
continuity of the brand.

Challenge
Limited awareness and consideration against other banking options.
Strategy
Develop a rallying cry for the organization, train the associates on how to "live the brand," and develop a means by which the brand can be extended to the credit union members.
Results
When INK developed the tagline, "With You All the Way," OC Credit Union had the big idea they could rally around. We then went to work in re-architecting the hundreds of products the credit union offered into a thematic system called The Seasons of Life, which bundled like-minded products based on a member's life stage. With a new product segmentation strategy and visual standards, we turned our attention to associate training and workshopping in an effort to permeate the brand across all areas of the organization. The brand re-launch culminated with a member-friendly personalized online banking experience via their redesigned and redeveloped website.
