ILWU Credit Union was looking for a more strategic way to increase membership amongst their target audience, Longshoremen in and around the Long Beach area. INK began by defining ILWUCU's brand voice and value proposition amongst this distinctive group. Once completed, we turned our attention to crafting a strategic marketing plan based on audience data, competitive spends, industry trends, etc. The results was a detailed marketing strategy and media plan along with a launch campaign aimed at speaking to the Longshoremen in their own unique voice.
